OMC provides a 1-year warranty on the B8M8 from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material damage that occur under normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Warranty conditions:
1. The warranty is valid if the device is used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations.
2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, external factors or improper storage.
3. If the device is damaged during the warranty period, please contact the seller for information on repair or replacement.
4. If the appliance is defective, the consumer is entitled to receive free repair or replacement of the appliance in accordance with Articles 16 and 27 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law. In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to notify the appliance of any defects within 2 months of their discovery.
